Can I make a special request?

We understand that some of our guests may have specific needs or preferences.

Special requests can be made when making your booking via the online checkin completion which are sent 48hrs before arrival or finally by contacting the team via Live Chat / Modify existing booking.

Please note, not all requests are guaranteed, but our teams will do their best to fulfil your needs. Type 'agent' to be connected directly to one of our team.
