Yes, it's possible to get postal deliveries to SACO Nottingham - The Ropewalk. Post is delivered into the Postbox within the building so letter size only. We ask that your name and apartment number are clearly stated, post will be delivered to your apartment during the day.

At SACO Nottingham, the bed sizes include EU King 160x200cm. Zip and Link beds are EU 90x200cm.

As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.

In our self-check-in SACO locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 72 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.

If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.  

Yes, children are allowed to stay at SACO. However, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18.

Perfect for a small group...

Hello Yau Lin, Hope you are well and thank you for your review. As a serviced apartment, we provide basic toiletries, but guests are generally expected to bring their own additional supplies. We top up toiletries during the weekly cleaning, so we apologize if that didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the TV, we’d like to note that the units are not smart TVs, and we do not guarantee the availability of a Chromecast. We’re sorry for any confusion there. The separate taps for hot and cold water are traditional in the UK and are common in many venues and residences. We understand this might feel a bit different if you’re not accustomed to it. In relation to the water pressure, had you contacted reception, we would have been happy to arrange for a plumber to investigate the issue. Concerning your weekly clean if this falls the day before you are due to check out the team wont change bedding etc as they will be completely re-doing the day after again apologies for the confusion. We appreciate your input and will certainly consider it as we continue to improve our guest experience. Thanks again for your review! SACO Nottingham
