Our standard check-in time is 4pm at all SACO properties.

As most of our properties are unmanned, we are unable to provide early check in or late check out.

For SACO Holborn, early check in time is at 2pm with an indicative £10 one off charge, late check-out is at 1pm with an indicative £10 one off charge (subject to availability).

This can be added at time of reservation or during the online check-in once you receive the invitation. You can also add by selecting 'modify existing booking' through Live Chat. Please note, at least 24hrs notice is required.

How to check-in:
You'll receive details of how to check-in before you stay via email. If there's no reception on-site, you'll also be sent an access code for your apartment via email 72 hours before you arrive. 

We can store your luggage free of charge for up to 24 hours in the following SACO properties:

  • SACO The Ropewalk, Nottingham
  • SACO Merlin House, Jersey
  • SACO Holborn, London

We cannot store luggage at:

  • SACO West India House, Bristol
  • SACO Cathedral Road, Cardiff
  • SACO Castle Crescent, Reading

How to cancel or amend your booking depends on your booking method, and terms vary. Check our booking T&Cs for the nitty gritty, and refer to the rate terms when booking your stay.

If you booked directly on the SACO website, please get in touch with us via Live Chat to make the change. 

Please note that non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled. Non-refundable bookings are offered at a reduced rate, but this is on a ‘no-cancellation’ and ‘no-amendment’ basis.

Accordingly, no extensions or amendments are permitted. No refund will be made in the event of cancellation of a non-refundable booking and you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

If you've booked on a Flexible rate, stays can be cancelled free of charge or amended free of charge up to 24 hours before your stay (conditions apply).

If you made your booking via a third party or online travel agency (OTA) and need to cancel or amend your stay, please contact them directly. In this case, the host cancellation policy will apply.

When you arrive, please make sure you bring these:

  • Your confirmation email
  • Official Photo ID*
  • Payment card used for booking

It is possible to check-in online before you arrive, but please still bring these with you, as they may be required in case of any issues with your booking.

*Please note, only government-issued photo ID is accepted, such as a passport or driving licence. Other forms of ID such as student ID, employer IDs and payment cards are not accepted.
