Yes, it's possible to live in a SACO serviced apartment on a termly basis, so you only have to pay for the time you're actually staying with us. Just enter each term start and end dates for a new booking.

We can't however guarantee you will always return to the same apartment, because each term will count as a new booking.

However, if you let us know this is important to you, we will do our best to accomodate your request. Please simply enter as a special request during the booking
 

We don't require you to pay a deposit as standard, however depending on the nature of the booking and rate chosen, occasionally this will become necessary.

Where applicable, this information will be displayed under the reservation terms before you complete your booking.

There's no limit to how long you can stay at in a SACO apartment - we'll have you as long as you'll have us.

Unless anything goes wrong, we do endeavour to keep you settled for the full period of your stay within the same apartment, however, in the rare chance something does go wrong and is likely to longer than desired to resolve, we reserve the right to relocate your apartment to an alternative suitable one whilst we make the repairs. 

When you stay with us, all standard bills such as utilities and wifi are covered, weekly cleaning is included for our longer length of stays with additional cleans offered for an extra fee if required.
 

SACO serviced apartments come fully-furnished and give you the flexibility to come and go as you please, without getting tied into any lengthy, fixed-term contracts. You pay by the day, so if you book on a flexible rate you'll be able to cancel or amend your stay before your arrival, if needed (Plus, you won't be charged any surprise admin fees, or hefty deposits).
