All SACO apartments get refreshed once every week as standard. If you'd prefer us not to enter your apartment, you can request a no-contact clean and have fresh linen and cleaning products left outside your apartment.
If you require more frequent housekeeping, you can request this for an extra fee which is dependant on room type. Please speak to the property manager or your reception team to organise additional cleans.
Yes, it's possible to get postal deliveries to SACO Reading - Castle Crescent. Post is delivered into the Postbox within the building so letter size only. We ask that your name and apartment number are clearly stated, post will be delivered to your apartment during the day.

We have here around 35 parking spaces around all our buildings here, and we never reach 50% occupancy overall, hence why we offer it free of charge and never really had problems with cars parked. I am sorry to learn of your issue, but we never considered how people park as there are plenty spaces in the main car park, in 22-24 Coley Hill and more at the rear of building 12

I am sorry to learn of the bad dreams you had. Indeed our apartments are in big old Victorian houses, but we are not aware of any bad history here, neither had any mentions on a bad energy here before. The books you mentioned to us on the table are some decorative magazines with things about the city and local amenities and we change them every year so not sure what vibe would those have caused.
Once again I am sorry to learn you had bad dreams, but we are not aware of what negative energy could have been, neither how I could help on this to be honest.
We really hope this won't deter you from booking our properties in the future.

We are sorry to learn we have not meet your expectations on this occasion.
As explained by our receptionist on site, we tried getting in contact with you on the day to see if you have the access details or if there is anything we could help with. Unfortunately the communication prior you are referring was with your third party booker. We are always here for any questions anyone would have, and we can be contacted over the phone, direct online, through our chat bot, or through our direct reservation team. We have not received any early check in request, neither was that applied on the booking, as we would have gladly had that provided.
On the housekeeping issue raised, as standard, we do not provide daily clean, neither replenishing facilities on a daily basis. We would only provide weekly cleans for longer stays and a welcome pack. This is brand standard across all our properties, all partners and competitors in the business. This is not only to be expected, but also clearly advertised and specified, whichever platform you would choose to book us.
As per the bathroom door lock, we have looked at it, investigated, and we could not find anything wrong. I am sorry you have had difficulties with it, but we found it working properly, and nothing that would require repair or replacement.

All our apartments, although equipped the same, are different in shape and sizes. We try to predict everyone's needs and assign the apartment we think they would like best. Indeed for longer stays we tend to give apartments outside the main buildings that have a different layout. For short and first time guests we tend to give the main building, so they find their apartment easier and have more bedroom and living room space.
