Yes, it's possible to get postal deliveries to SACO Nottingham - The Ropewalk. Post is delivered into the Postbox within the building so letter size only. We ask that your name and apartment number are clearly stated, post will be delivered to your apartment during the day.

At SACO Nottingham, the bed sizes include EU King 160x200cm. Zip and Link beds are EU 90x200cm.
As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.
In our self-check-in SACO locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 72 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.
If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.
Yes, children are allowed to stay at SACO. However, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18.
For children three or under, cots are available free of charge. If you require one, please note as a special request when making a reservation.

We are so pleased that Katie recevied you into the property in a warm and welcoming way, I will pass this onto her. I have been upto the apartment regarding the dark hall and shower switch, as the shower switches are labled. However I can see this switch was recently changed and no label had been put back on so we apologise for that, The spot light over the bathroom entrance is working so just a bit confused about the dark hallway. We are presently having the QR code instructions updated and take on board your commments. I have no defense for th towels they should have been spotted when the apartment was checked pre your arrival and I offer a whole hearted apology on behalf of the whole team. We do you hope you will come back soon and stay here with us.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I have spoken with the team memeber on duty that day when you came to reception. You informewd them that you were letting us know about an issue and it wasnt a problem as you could sleep in the other bedroom. Sadly we do not have onsite mainatance so have to rely on contracters we contact being free and unfortunately there was no slots we could get booked in during your stay, however they adivsed us this is normal ticking after a heating system has been off for some time, however we do apologise for not being able to get someone out to look at this for you. Regrading how to complain, you and I have been discussing this via email over the past few days, I will now pass this onto my supervisor and let her know the offer I put to you.

Car parking area is a bit small

We are lucky to have a car parking area within the city centre as there are very few properties that do. The parking spaces were the standard size of vehicles when the building was built, however as we know vehicles have increased in size over the years. We have a variety of vehicles use the parking facility from a Mini upto transit vans, however we are sorry to hear that you found the parking area to small. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us.
I have checked your booking with us, and can see on our correspondence that the entry codes given to you in the event that you arrived past 6pm, were correct so I apologise if there were any difficulties there, but happy our team could get the codes sorted for you.
I can see you were booked into our top floor apartment which was very recently renovated in january after some long stay guests, so i can assure you all furniture and appliances are new, and not worn, That also goes with both bathrooms in the apartment, they are also refurbished up to a great standard. I can see you had a weekly clean during your visit, so if anything was not up to standard for yourself, if you had reached out to reception, we would have looked into this for you as a matter of urgency.
I am sorry to hear you wouldnt like to return in future, but i hope you will change your mind and we can make sure you have a great stay.

Thank you for the review and we are pleased you found your stay comfortable. Every apartment does have a fan and we would have supplied you with another one had you asked. We have never had airconditioning within the building and to install this would mean closing the business and a full refurbishment, however I have passed you commment on. We used to use cafetieres however they were never used so we moved to real coffee bags to give the same taste experience to our guests. We hope we can welcome you back in the future.

I am sorry to hear that the lack of air conditioning effected your stay with us, we are also sorry to hear that you was unable to attain a later check out time.
To inform a late check out charge comes to £10 and would be needed to be booked before your check out time. If no one is at the front desk you may call 07584236924 which is a help number to assist you in more technical manner or that pertaining to the system, it is open 24/7.
We are unfortunately not eligible as a site for air conditioning as it will halt our day to day business and disrupt a lot of a our long stay guest, on top of that it would have us temporally closed as to allow for the complete refurbishment.
We do hope you can give us another chance should you find yourself in Nottingham again.
