Yes, it's possible to get postal deliveries to SACO Nottingham - The Ropewalk. Post is delivered into the Postbox within the building so letter size only. We ask that your name and apartment number are clearly stated, post will be delivered to your apartment during the day.

At SACO Nottingham, the bed sizes include EU King 160x200cm. Zip and Link beds are EU 90x200cm.
As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.
In our self-check-in SACO locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 72 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.
If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.
Yes, children are allowed to stay at SACO. However, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18.
For children three or under, cots are available free of charge. If you require one, please note as a special request when making a reservation.

Car parking area is a bit small

We are lucky to have a car parking area within the city centre as there are very few properties that do. The parking spaces were the standard size of vehicles when the building was built, however as we know vehicles have increased in size over the years. We have a variety of vehicles use the parking facility from a Mini upto transit vans, however we are sorry to hear that you found the parking area to small. I have checked your booking with us, and can see on our correspondence that the entry codes given to you in the event that you arrived past 6pm, were correct so I apologise if there were any difficulties there, but happy our team could get the codes sorted for you.
I can see you were booked into our top floor apartment which was very recently renovated in january after some long stay guests, so i can assure you all furniture and appliances are new, and not worn, That also goes with both bathrooms in the apartment, they are also refurbished up to a great standard. I can see you had a weekly clean during your visit, so if anything was not up to standard for yourself, if you had reached out to reception, we would have looked into this for you as a matter of urgency.
I am sorry to hear you wouldnt like to return in future, but i hope you will change your mind and we can make sure you have a great stay.

Thank you for the review and we are pleased you found your stay comfortable. Every apartment does have a fan and we would have supplied you with another one had you asked. We have never had airconditioning within the building and to install this would mean closing the business and a full refurbishment, however I have passed you commment on. We used to use cafetieres however they were never used so we moved to real coffee bags to give the same taste experience to our guests. We hope we can welcome you back in the future.

I am sorry to hear that the lack of air conditioning effected your stay with us, we are also sorry to hear that you was unable to attain a later check out time.
To inform a late check out charge comes to £10 and would be needed to be booked before your check out time. If no one is at the front desk you may call 07584236924 which is a help number to assist you in more technical manner or that pertaining to the system, it is open 24/7.
We are unfortunately not eligible as a site for air conditioning as it will halt our day to day business and disrupt a lot of a our long stay guest, on top of that it would have us temporally closed as to allow for the complete refurbishment.
We do hope you can give us another chance should you find yourself in Nottingham again.

Thank you for your feed back and pleased that the location of the apartment was good for you. I am sorry that you had some bugs come into the aprtment. I have been and investigated and seen that they were wood lice that have somehow made their way in and have actioned this to be investigated, along with the toilet flush, which I ahve been and tested and is fully working. If you had come to reception to speak with me and raised this whilst in the property, I would have looked at moving you to another apartment. Regarding parking, I did try to impart information that the carpark was currently full but would be free later during you stay, the language barrier must have confused this matter and I can only apololgise at my lack of French.

A good choice to stay in Nottingham....
Positive: It was a great experience in total. Negative: The carpet caused me some alergy.

Positive: The lounge had nice big tv, and kitchen had all that you needed, big fridge and freezer. Bedroom was large for an apartment also had a tv. Plenty...

I am so sorry to hear you had challenges with the heating, this is very unusual and we are normally able to resolve on the day. I have passed on the feedback also regarding the TVs, we would love to upgrade to smart TV.
