Pleasant stay in a spacious penthouse...

Negative: We had three beds, but in the first night there were only two duvets provided, and we noticed it quite late on Friday evening. We could not get...

I'm sorry that a duvet was missing for the third bed, I have brought this to the attention to our HSK department to avoid this happening again. Also, we will speak with our Night Team about the unanswered call, I know that the night person has a duty of doing security patrols hence why I think perhaps the call wasn't picked up however I do apologize for this.
