Rude staff. Made me wait in the cold for an hour to be checked in. Got passed from person to person so inefficient.

The access codes are being sent out to all our guests that have passed the security checks and that have expressed the purpose of stay and the letter with out of hours contact numbers are being displayed on the reception door. For future stays, kindly address to our team all questions that might occur, during the Reception operating hours so we can get better prepared for your welcoming, to prevent these situations to happen again.
