Yes, it's possible to get postal deliveries to SACO Jersey - Merlin House. Post is delivered into the Postbox within the building so letter size only. We ask that your name and apartment number are clearly stated, post will be delivered to your apartment during the day.

Most of our SACO apartments are dog friendly, subject to an additional one-off fee to cover a departure extra deep clean. This can be added at time of reservation or through our Live chat / modify existing reservation.
As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.
In our self-check-in SACO locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 72 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.
If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.
All the beds at SACO Jersey are Zip and Link SuperKing Beds (180 x 200cm) and can either be separated or kept together.

Thank you very much for taking the time to make a review about your stay in our apartment. We really appreciate your feedback but felt a little bit disappointed that you did not came to see us during your four nights stay to mention any of the issue you had, which we could have rectified straight away: we will have been able to give you a second set of keys easily; not sure if you knew but for the heated towel rail you will have to switch it on the panel outside of the shower room and we could have given you another hair dryer as we always have spare ones in storage. Regarding the washing machine instructions, we are terribly sorry for not changing them when we got the new washing machine a few days before your arrival, but we will get the right ones straight away. We always try to be flexible on our check-in and check-out time but unfortunately this is not always possible depending on our occupancy. We are glad you managed to check-in early than the normal time and we are sorry we could not offer you to liberate the apartment later than 11am as our occupancy on that day did not let us being able to offer it to you.

Very good, very enjoyable.

We are so sorry about the lack of dustpan and brush, which being one of our standard equipment items, should have been in the apartment, unfortunately yours was missing. We would have been happy to supply you with one if only you had let us know. There is a hoover located just outside your apartment which is for guest use, it is a shame you missed it. Pillow wise, I'm sorry you had to suffer a week of discomfort. Sleep is so important. We have many pillows and it would have been our pleasure to replace yours with a softer version.
