All SACO apartments get refreshed once every week as standard. If you'd prefer us not to enter your apartment, you can request a no-contact clean and have fresh linen and cleaning products left outside your apartment.
If you require more frequent housekeeping, you can request this for an extra fee which is dependant on room type. Please speak to the property manager or your reception team to organise additional cleans.
Yes, it's possible to get postal deliveries to SACO Cardiff - Cathedral Road. Post is delivered into the Postbox within the building so letter size only. We ask that your name and apartment number are clearly stated, post will be delivered to your apartment during the day.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay at SACO Cardiff. It is important that guests leave feedback for us to see how we can improve the customer journey. Having checked the booking.com details i can see that it needs updating to explain charges apply so thank you for bring it to our attention. When booking parking an another confirmation should have been sent out with the code to access the car park. I have checked your booking and can see this didn't happen on this occasion.
We do try and price competitively with similar properties and try to account for the lack of air conditioning. It does normally only effect a few guests as the heat waves are few and far between in the UK however I understand this wasn't ideal for you. Also the water in SACO Cardiff is mains fed and not from a water tank so this must of been an issue the local area due to the heat.
I have passed on your feedback to the relevant heads of department as an example of how small things can accumulate and have a large impact on a guests stay.
I would to end by apologising for all the issues you faced whilst staying with us. I really do hope you give us an opportunity to put this right and choose to stay with us again.
